1. Company Information

Mhalaty is a company registered in the State of Qatar under Commercial Registration No. (89929), with its legal headquarters based in Doha, Qatar.

 

2. Registration & Account Use

• You may use the website as a guest or create an account to access all features and services.

• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Our customer service team will never request your password.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

• By placing an order through the website, you confirm the accuracy of your information and agree to abide by these terms.

 

3. Orders

• All orders are subject to approval by our team.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

• Failure to confirm the payment method.

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

• Product unavailability.

• Inability to deliver to the specified address.

• Once your order is placed, you will be contacted via SMS or phone call to confirm the details.

• If we are unable to reach you within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

4. Product Availability

• Product availability is updated regularly on the website.

• However, we do not guarantee that all products will always be in stock, as inventory may change due to simultaneous orders.

• If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly.

 

5. Payment Methods

When placing an order through our website, you can choose one of the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (available only within Qatar)

• Credit Card (available for all countries)

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the payment method is unauthorized or invalid.

 

6. Delivery Service

Within Qatar:

• Doha & Al Wakrah: QAR 30

• Outside Doha (nearby areas): QAR 40

• Remote areas in Qatar: QAR 60

(Including: Al Ruwais, Dukhan, Al Dhakhira, Al Jemailiya, Al Ghuwairiya, Al Ghariyah, Umm Qarn)

International Delivery:

• We offer worldwide shipping.

• Shipping charges vary depending on the country and region, and are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination and shipping provider.

Delivery Schedule (within Qatar):

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered the same day.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

• Orders placed on public holidays will be delivered on the next working day.

Important Notes:

• Delivery time is approximate and will be coordinated with the courier based on their schedule.

• Mhalaty is not responsible for delivery delays due to:

• Customer absence at the delivery address.

• Requested postponement of the delivery.

• The courier will attempt to contact you 3 times, and if no response is received within 3 days, the order will be considered cancelled.
